Securus Technologies - Blocked for 7 days with making visits with my credit cards
I am now blocked from using a visa or master card for 7 days. This started one day my card declined and I called my bank and both accounts have substantial amounts of money in it and there would be no reason to decline on a 5.00 visit.
I called Securus 3xs and asked what was going on and they said I had a 12 hour block on my cards and would not tell me why. So I waited 24 hours and tried again with all 3 of my cards and all declined saying contact your financial institution which I did. Nothing was wrong and I called these rude *** people as Securus once again now they say I am blocked for 7 days on one care and 24 hours on another for trying to schedule more than 2 visits in one day, I am like what? I cant schedule and pay for a weeks worth of visits I need to plan my life and if I wait too long all the slots are taken up?
And I got the too bad its policy and nothing she can do speech. SO I wait 48 hours and use the card that was blocked for 24 hours and the mother *** declines on me again.
SO I call back and now I am blocked for 7 days till the 15th of this month 11/15 and theres nothing I can do it is their vendors policy. But I did what they told me to and my cards and accounts have money on them this is such *** and not fair to me or my loved one that I have to go 5 days with out a visit when we visit every day.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: a number to contact the vendor and be able to remove the lock on my cards.
Securus Technologies Pros: Being able to do a visit.
